How Managed Access Works

Tell us your device and what you want your setup to do.

You supply the account email and manage the recovery methods and payments.

Share Support Access Securely

If The Wizard needs temporary support access, share it through a secure password manager—not through messages.

Keep Your Subscription Active

Media access is available only while the subscription is paid and active. If payment stops or you cancel, included media access ends at the end of the paid period.

Automatic Subscription Payments

Your subscription renews automatically on the billing period you choose. You can manage or cancel recurring payments through the payment provider. If payment stops or the subscription ends, access to the included media ends when the paid period ends.

Credit Or Debit Card

Secure recurring card payments through Stripe checkout.

Australian Direct Debit

Automatic bank-account payments through Stripe, subject to customer authorisation.

PayPal

Automatic PayPal subscription payments, managed from the customer’s PayPal account.
